Apricots from Costigliole Saluzzo, south-west Piedmont, put in jar whole, not sliced, in order to preserve flavour and texture.

"Tonda from Costigliole" variety is P.A.T. (Prodotto Agroalimentare Tradizionale - Traditional Food Product) certified.

The syrup, made of water and cane sugar, make them soft and juicy, ideal to prepare fruit salad, to garnish cakes, desserts or with ice creams.
