The online store socialgourmet.it, below named as shop online, with reference to the domain socialgourmet.it, is exclusive property of the company Cascina San Cassiano s.r.l. VAT n. IT02657120040, with registered office in Corso Piave, 182 - 12051 Alba (CN) - Tel +39 0173 282638, member of the Register of Companies of Cuneo, REA n. 226327.

  • These conditions are applicable to all the purchases made on the site socialgourmet.it
  • The relation between Cascina San Cassiano and the costumers is considered satisfied at the acceptance of the order. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communications by the Customer
  • Customer declares, during the purchase process, to understand and accept all the general and payment conditions described
  • The non-acceptance of the Terms of Sales conditions rescinds the purchase process
  • The general conditions can be modified by Cascina San Cassiano at any time, without prejudice to undertake to inform the customers according the usual channels

HOW TO BUY
Buy on www.socialgourmet.it is easy and secure

  • The customer browse and select the desired products by placing them in the cart
  • After selection of the desired products the customer proceeds with the payment at checkout
  • Insert the data
  • Confirm the order

At the end of the purchase process the customer will receive, via e-mail address given at registration, the details of the operations and products purchased.

Customers can also place orders by phone directly to an operator, by calling +39 0173 282638 from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00.

PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can pay by CREDIT CARD through service GESTPAY (the transaction takes place directly between the customer and Banca Sella, no training from Cascina San Cassiano). The cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, and JCB.

The customer can pay with PAYPAL. Payment must be made within three working days from the data of the Order. If beyond deadline payment has not been received the order will be automatically deleted.

The customer can pay via BANK TRANSFER. The bank data (IBAN code, BIC/SWIFT) will be sent to the customer by e-mail after the order confirmation.

The order will be managed only after the confirmation of the payment, no matter concerning the method of payment chosen (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer).

MODE AND DELIVERY TIMES

  • Cascina San Cassiano uses exclusively express courier delivery services
  • The cost of the shipping depends on the area of detination and on the amount of goods purchased
  • The amount of shipping is calculated automatically in the moment when, entering the personal data, you select the area of destination
  • All products are shipped properly packaged and Covered by Insurance. To profit from the insurance policy at the moment of delivery, in the case where the package show obvious signs of tampering or damage that could have compromised the integrity of the contents, the customer MUST indicate compulsorily, on the receipt of the courier, the words "SUBJECT CONTROL". Hereafter the customerswill have to communicate, within five days, to Cascina San Cassiano the presence of damaged material, providing also photographic evidence.

Deliveries will be sent within a time ranging from 1 to 4 working days (Italy)
 

  • Delivery times will be calculated from the data of notification of the payment
  • When the products are shipped the customer receive via e-mail a communication containing delivery details
  • Cascina San Cassiano will not be liable for any outages or delays attributable to the carrier
  • During the Christmas period, from December 20th to January 7th, Cascina San Cassiano will not be responsible for any inefficiencies and delays in delivery by courier. Customers can ask informations conceerning delivery times, especially during that period
  • Customer take care to get the properly complete address complete details and/or other informations, with the aim of ensure a timely and precise delivery
  • Any costs related to the stock generate from the missed pick-ups will be charged to the customer
  • All purchases will be shipped with attached invoice and/or receipt
  • Orders will be processed up till the last stock. In case a product is not ordined anymore, we suggest to the customer to replace the missing product with another of equal value. In the case where the customer does not wish to replace the missing product we will give back the value of the missing product by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer.
