Stevia

The new way to taste delicious but light fruit jams without aded sugar: stevia.

But . .  What is the STEVIA?

Stevia is a new way to sweeten every kind of food specialties like jams, marmalades, sweet creams and so on.

The stevia is a plant which comes from South America, its scientific name is "Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni", also known as sweet grass, from which it's possible to extract a sweet substance that can substitute table sugar.

The element contained in stevia leaves, which have a sweetener 300 times more powerful compared with traditional sugar, is called “Rebaudioside A”, also known as Reb A.

The Reb A is not assimilated by the body and has no nutritional intake, so it is calorie-free.
