Tasty, typical Piedmont PGI hazelnut cake with Gianduja chocolate, prepared following an ancient recipe from Langhe, south Piedmont.

Ideal as breakfast or in the afternoon paired with tea or coffee.

Superb garnished with cocoa and hazelnut cream, hazelnut or Moscato d'Asti GCDO wine mousse.
